Building the Foundation From Scratch

Founded by a single visionary, the company established its core operational, procedural, and legal foundations from scratch in just 45 days. Soon after, a leadership team of operations, supply management, and commercial strategy experts united to transform this foundation into a scalable logistics startup built to solve Nepal's real-world supply chain challenges.

November 2025

First Client & Operational Breakthrough

In November 2025, the company onboarded its first client and launched directly into Kathmandu’s demanding winter night-shift food delivery segment with 10 newly invested bikes. Despite harsh seasonal weather and high operational complexities, the team achieved exceptional service reliability, maintaining an outstanding 5% replacement churn rate from day one.

December 2025

Expansion into Corporate Logistics

Following the successful execution of food delivery operations, the company expanded into the corporate logistics segment by partnering with a reputed hydropower company in Nepal. This partnership strengthened the company’s credibility and established its growing presence in the B2B logistics market.

February 2026

Building the Foundation From Scratch

After successfully developing and stabilizing the operational infrastructure, the company was officially launched on February 4, 2026. This marked the formal beginning of a logistics company built with a long-term vision for scalable growth, operational excellence, and nationwide connectivity.

March 2026

Expansion into Fulfillment Services

On March 2, 2026, the company launched its third vertical—Fulfillment Services—anchored by its first official warehouse facility in Pepsicola, Kathmandu. This milestone evolved the business from a delivery startup into an integrated B2B and B2C logistics powerhouse delivering true end-to-end supply chain infrastructure.

Achieving 7-Digit Revenue

Within a short operational period, the company achieved one of its proudest milestones by generating 8-digit revenue during Fiscal Year 2082/83 Q3. For a newly established startup, this achievement demonstrated strong market acceptance, operational capability, and sustainable business growth.
